Returns
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the discounted prices offered, returns or refunds for sale items are not accepted.
- Non-Sale Items: Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damages and Issues
- If your item is damaged or contains wrong items, contact us to resolve the issue.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Modifications or cancellations can be requested but are not guaranteed. Please ensure all details, including shipping address, item, size, and color, are correct before placing your order.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven't received it, please contact us.
